P-LAB: Nicky Hager - Investigative Journalism
Nicky Hager talks about the work of an investigative journalist: how it's done, who helps (and how they're kept safe) and why it matters.
Nicky will be talking at the Pyramid Club about the instincts, techniques and relationships that go into being an investigative journalist. He says he is looking forward to explaining his work and answering questions about it.
Nicky Hager has researched dodgy companies, unscrupulous PR people and lobbyists, wars, spies, environmental vandals, the dirty sides of politics and much more, all in the belief that exposure and publicity can make things better.
He says there are always many more subjects needing to be done.
